These little squares pack a real punch when your warm shower water hits them. These steamers are made with Rosemary and Lavender Essential Oil, to give you an uplifting experience! 
Used in aromatherapy, Rosemary Oil is said to reduce stress levels and nervous tension, boost mental activity, encourage clarity and insight, relieve fatigue, and support respiratory function. It is used to improve alertness, eliminate negative moods, and increase the retention of information by enhancing concentration. Combined with the calming effects of lavender, this is the perfect blend of essential oils for a wonderful aromatherapy experience!

Place an unwrapped steamer in the corner, on the floor of your shower. Let the water trickle onto the steamer and you will see the steamer begin to foam and fizz. The essential oils in the steamer will mix with the steam from your shower for aromatherapy! Do not put the steamer directly in the stream of water, as it will not last as long.  Do not use steamers in the bath tub...the oil content will NOT be safe for your skin. Do NOT get in your eyes. 
If you need a stronger scent experience, place steamer on a shower shelf, closer to your head. If you have remaining steamer after you shower, remove to a dry place and reuse for your next shower.
