Magnesium Cream

Our Magnesium Cream is made with Magnesium oil, shea butter, mango butter, grapeseed oil, arnica oil, vitamin E oil, emulsifying wax, cetyl alcohol, lavender essential oil, and optiphen (preservative).

Magnesium deficiency can cause migraines, sleepless nights, leg cramps , muscle soreness, fatigue and more. Magnesium supplements, often times, are difficult to digest and cause upset to our system! The most effective way to replenish magnesium without digestive issues is through skin absorption, so our specially formulated cream is the perfect solution. 
Before bedtime, rub a grape size amount onto lower legs and feet or rub on sore/cramping muscles. For digestive issues or PMS symptoms, try rubbing the cream into the abdomen. 
It is very common to feel a tingle/stinging or itching sensation when applied, but it usually goes away within a minute or two. Using on broken or irritated skin may intensify that feeling. 
If magnesium cream causes a reaction or irritation to the skin, rinse off and discontinue use.
